Rob Dix’s The Complete Guide to Property Investment was one of the first property books I read. It gave me a great understanding of residential property and the buy to let landscape. It gives insights, information and an action plan to navigate this new property landscape and come out on top.

The Top Business and Economic Books
Ray Dalio’s series of books have been a real look under the bonnet of how one of the best investors ever approaches and analyses investment. In Principles, Dalio shares what he’s learned over the course of his remarkable career. Moreover, he argues that life, management, economics, and investing can all be systemized into rules/principles. He covers hundreds of practical lessons, which are built from “radical truth” and “radical transparency”. The Changing New World Order and Big Debt Crisis books shows the changing political and economic conditions which he hadn’t encountered before leading to the largest wealth, political and values disparities in more than 100 years along with the rising of China as a competing world power.
