About
The Property Journals was born from my curiosity for property. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with nearly ten years of experience. I’ve managed diverse rural, residential, and commercial property portfolios for private and institutional landlords in the UK, totaling over GBP 200 million, as well as global government portfolios.
I felt there was an enormous opportunity to share the experience and philosophy’s I have learnt along my professional and personal journey with the hope it will prove valuable to other likeminded property enthusiasts.
I’ve found the real benefit to property investment is the control it gives over your financial future instead of leaving it in the hands of the volatile stock market. It enables you to make bespoke plans that’s that align with your goals and provides opportunities to be active in areas of personal interest and outsource areas of property that’s not your cup of tea.
