Morgan Housel’s The Psychology of Money shares short stories highlighting the strange ways people think about money. Additionally, he teaches you how to understand of one of life’s most important topics in order to change your perspective on money.

David Ramsey’s The Total Money Make Over provides the simplest, most straight-forward game plan for completely making over your money habits. David also has a very successful Youtube channel which provides helpful personal finance advice as well.

The best Real Estate Investment Books

The Complete Guide to Property Investment: How to survive & thrive in the new world of buy-to-let.

Rob Dix’s The Complete Guide to Property Investment was one of the first property books I read. It gave me a great understanding of residential property and the buy to let landscape. It gives insights, information and an action plan to navigate this new property landscape and come out on top.

The Top Business and Economic Books

Ray Dalio’s series of books have been a real look under the bonnet of how one of the best investors ever approaches and analyses investment. In Principles, Dalio shares what he’s learned over the course of his remarkable career. Moreover, he argues that life, management, economics, and investing can all be systemized into rules/principles.
